Pediatric Physical Therapy Services offers specialized physical and occupational therapy services for children from birth to age twenty-one with a variety of diagnoses: neurological impairments, muscular dystrophy, myopathies, Down syndrome, genetic disorders, orthopedic impairments, and overall developmental delays. Our staff has vast experience with early intervention providing a family-centered approach within the home. Our clinic offers state of the art equipment and therapy tools. Our therapists utilize an eclectic approach with comprehensive knowledge of various treatment theories and techniques.  Pediatric Physical Therapy Services is a state of Indiana First Steps provider and also provides contractual services to school corporations and developmental centers.

Our mission is to provide quality physical and occupational therapy services that are child and family focused. Pediatric Physical Therapy Services is led by pediatric physical therapist Jamie Stormont-Smith, PT, PCS. Jamie is one of only seven professionals in Indiana to receive the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) advanced clinical specialist designation as a pediatric physical therapist. Jamie is a graduate of the University of Evansville School of Physical Therapy (1998) and formed Pediatric Physical Therapy Services in 1990.
